Ways to Work Together

I offer a few ways to work together. If you're ready, schedule here.

First, let's check in...

Is this the right fit for you?

To make sure our time is as effective as possible, it helps to know when this work thrives, and when it might not be the right timing.

This is for you if...

  • You’re ready for a shift. You understand that retraining your body takes a bit of time, curiosity, and the willingness to try something new.
  • You want to get out of your head. You’re tired of just talking about your problems and are ready to listen to what your body is actually telling you.
  • You have a solid foundation. You have a baseline of support in your life (like a therapist, a doctor, or a good community) to help you hold the big stuff.

This might not be the right time if...

  • You’re looking for a "magic pill." This is a process of thawing out over time, not a 60-minute fix.
  • You are currently in a crisis. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency mental health support, you need a different kind of care than what I provide.
  • You aren’t ready to let the story go. If you prefer to stay in the logic of why things are hard rather than feeling how they live in your body, this process might feel frustrating for you.

Still unsure if a body-based approach is for you? Schedule a free 15-minute connection call to touch base and ensure we’re a good fit.

Change thrives on COMMITMENT

True change isn't a one-time event—it’s a habit. Your nervous system is a living record of everything you’ve been through, and it needs a steady, predictable pace to feel safe enough to let go of old habits.

By meeting weekly or bi-weekly, we protect your momentum.

Because I am most called to support those ready to prioritize this kind of lasting relief, I offer a commitment discount on all packages—a “thank you” for the shared dedication to your growth.

Clients are saying: "The work feels unfamiliar at first, but even after the first session, you will feel more empowered."

  • Best Suited For: Those navigating years of burnout, long-term health challenges, or the weathering of a demanding life. You recognize that deep, structural patterns don’t need a hammer, they need a patient, steady witness.
  • The Goal: Sustained Ease. We work to gradually shift your internal baseline, teaching your system that it is finally safe to stop managing and start living. The goal is to move from a state of constant survival into a life where you feel genuinely present, more resilient, and capable of actually enjoying the world you've worked so hard to build.

Reduced Rate Clients

I offer limited space for reduced-rate clients who require financial assistance. My goal is to make trauma healing accessible. Please inquire about current availability.

FAQ

Finding Your Rhythm

How long will it take until I feel "better"?

The honest answer? It depends.

Nervous system patterns are often decades in the making, and thawing out happens in layers. For some, a single 60-Minute Session brings a profound sense of relief and a new perspective. For others, especially those working through long-term burnout or developmental trauma, it takes the steady, repetitive safety of consistent sessions to see structural changes in how they respond to life.

Somatic healing isn't a straight line; it's a series of "ah-ha" moments followed by periods of integration. We aren't looking for a temporary high—we are looking for a new baseline. You’ll know it’s working when the things that used to spike your system start to feel manageable, and your recovery time after a stressful event gets shorter and shorter.

Do I have to do touch work?

Not at all. While I find intentional touch to be a powerful accelerator for healing, somatic work is just as effective through verbal tracking and guided movement. We will always move at the pace of your comfort. If you prefer a "no-touch" container, we can do the entire process through conversation and nervous system tracking (in-person or virtually).

What’s the difference between this and traditional talk therapy?

In talk therapy, the story is the lead character. In somatic work, the sensation is. While we will certainly talk, our focus is on how your body is responding in real-time. We are looking to shift the biological patterns of stress, not just understand the history of them. Many of my clients find that somatic work is the missing piece that helps their years of talk therapy finally click.

How do I know which package to choose?

If you are new to this work and want to see if we are a good match, start with a 60-Minute Session. If you already know you are ready for a shift and want to protect your momentum, most people dive right in for a 12 Session Package, and its highest discount. It provides enough time for your system to actually learn a new habit.

How often should we meet?

Consistency is the secret sauce of nervous system regulation. Weekly is ideal for building a new baseline, while bi-weekly works well for maintenance or those with a high level of self-regulation. Meeting less than twice a month often makes it harder to stay out of the survival loop we are trying to break.

Do you take insurance?

No, but I can prepare a superbill for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I’m an SEP student—do these sessions count for my hours?

Yes! As an approved provider at the Intermediate Level, our sessions satisfy the personal session requirements for your Somatic Experiencing® certificate. Please let me know at the start of our session so I can ensure your log is signed correctly.
