  • Contact Data: (Name, email, phone). Collected via contact forms or booking. Basis: Contract (to provide services) or Consent.
  • Health/Somatic Data: Any information regarding your physical/mental health provided during intake. Basis: Informed Consent. 
  • Usage Data: (IP address, cookies). Basis: Legitimate Interest (to improve website functionality).

3. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your location, we afford all users the following rights:

  • Right to Know/Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request that we delete your personal data.
  • Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to Opt-Out (CCPA): We do not sell your personal information. However, you have the right to direct us not to share your data with third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with essential service providers to run our practice (e.g., Practice Better for scheduling, payments, and agreements). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data (to HIPAA compliant standards) and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with services and to comply with legal, tax, or health-record retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
